💵 TUITION AND FEES 💵
To view the most recent tuition for each of our program click here
Each student will pay an annual enrollment fee of $75.
This fee will be invoiced to you through email at the time your registration paperwork is completed in the office.
There is an annual supply fee of $200 that is due in August or at the time of your enrollment.
Monthly tuition is based on the number of days each week that your student attends.
Invoices for monthly tuition go out on the 21st of the month and are due on the first. There is a transportation fee of $75 each month for us to pick up your child for all schools except Columbia which is $25 for the walking pick up.
We start the year off with all electronic payment options turned off.
If you would like to pay online you must let us know if you prefer an ACH/bank transfer at a 1% fee or to pay by credit card at a 3.4% + .25 cents processing fee. Cash or check still carry no additional fees and some of the local banks do offer a free bill pay service where they will mail us a check on your behalf.
If you would like to set up automatic payments on your credit card the same fee applies.
If you set up automatic payments, they are valid for one school year only and cover only monthly tuition.
Purple Fridays are billed separately and payment is due on or before the day of service. Tuition boxes are available at both locations.
We do offer an in house tuition reduction program.
Families in the ASAP program that are receiving tuition reduction will not also receive prorated invoices in December, April or June. All other programs are based on an annual tuition. No credit is given for illness or missed time. Make up days are allowed if worked out with the teacher ahead of time.

NO CALL/NO SHOW for pick ups.
Our staff takes the safety of your child very seriously, please take the time to let us know when we are not picking them up after school.
If they are on our pick up list but do not meet our teacher then we take the time to check with the school, contact the GAK office to check for late notices and call parents. This can result in being late to the next school for pick up and cause many students to miss parts of our program.
After 3 times of not letting us know your student will be absent a 20$ fee will be added to your next invoice.
If this continues your child may lose their seat in our pick up van. When your child misses after-school because of a trip, illness, other afterschool enrichment program, etc. the tuition fee still must be paid to cover that period of time. Teachers, rooms, supplies and equipment are there. We view registration as a contract or pact between parents and the school. We are not a daycare but an after school Arts Enrichment Program. Our classes always take place from 4-5pm. Please avoid picking up your child during this time. The best times to pick up are 3-3:50 pm or 5-6pm. GAK closes promptly at 6pm. You will be billed for any overtime charges the month following. These are due upon receipt of the statement. Please understand that charges after 6pm are extremely high. All clocked times will be based upon the time shown on our clock.(begins at 6:01 p.m.) You will be charged $20.00 for every 15 minutes that you are late. All clocked times will be based upon the time shown on our time clock and rounded up to the nearest 5 minutes. We understand that on occasion things happen, if you will be late please contact the teachers at (360) 739-9365 ext.3.
