In this drop in class students will be introduced to a new way to communicate through visual arts using comics! They will learn to use new tools and techniques to create their very own comic books from start to finish.

Students will discuss and learn about:
  • Comic books
  • Character development
  • Environment design
  • Storyboarding
  • Inking
  • Lettering
  • Coloring
  • Editing 

At the end of class they will visit the local comic shops, share their work and each student will leave with a comic book of their own creation.
