Deciding on the future of your child's education is an important decision that requires time and proper consideration. This is why we believe that you should have all the information and tools to be confident in your decision. With that in mind, we created some essential steps to guide and support you during this complicated process.

This is the part where you contact us inquiring about our programs. Just fill out the initial inquiry form below, so we get a chance to learn about you, your child, and your family's needs.

We Answer Your Questions / Check Availability

This is the part where we answer all the questions you may have while giving us a chance to introduce ourselves and our programs. It is an essential step to get to know one another and determine if our school is a good fit for your family.

At this point, if you would like to request a tour of the school, simply let us know.

Step 3

Application

You've made your decision, and you want to enroll. Great! You first will have to fill out our application and pay a $50 registration fee.

Step 4

Final Paperwork

The next and final step is going to fill out our enrollment paperwork. We have to make sure we have all the necessary information to bring a safe, nurturing, and educational space for each of our students.

2026-2027 Tuition Update
The tuition rates shown are for the 2025-2026 school year. For the 2026-2027 year, families can expect a tuition increase of 3-5% to align with cost of living adjustments. We are committed to transparency and will announce final rates for 26-27 as soon as they are confirmed.

Add-On Services
Before School Care
New service offering early drop-off from 7:30-8:30 AM (up to 1 hour early) for families needing earlier care.
Lunch Option
Half-day students can stay for lunch with dismissal at noon for morning students or 11:30am drop-off for afternoon students. Families must provide their own lunch.
Extended Day Option
Available for all early childhood students from 3:00pm - 5:30pm with flexible pickup anytime until 5:30pm.

Application & Enrollment Fees: $50 application fee, yearly non-refundable enrollment fee of $75, and supply fee of $200 collected with first month's tuition.

Tuition Assistance: We offer a tuition assistance program for qualifying families.

Gabriel's Art Kids After School Arts Program operates on a break-even basis. Unlike many after school programs, we receive very little government or outside funding. Although scholarship subsidies do not cover our costs, we are strongly committed to offering subsidized rates to families whose children otherwise might not be able to experience our award-winning after school arts program.

  • Available funding from private sources/donations (varies year to year)
  • Demonstrated financial need based on our sliding scale
  • Income eligibility derived from OSPI guidelines for free/reduced lunch
  • Completed application and documentation submitted on time

Required Documentation

Applications without proof of income cannot be reviewed. Submit photocopies (not originals) in a sealed envelope for confidentiality.

Employment Income: Most recent Federal tax return with all schedules and W-2/1099 forms
Public Assistance: Most recent "Notice of Action" from HRA (food stamps not counted as income)
Unemployment/Disability: "Statement of Benefits" or recent check stub
Social Security/SSI: Current year "Statement of Benefits" or bank statement showing direct deposit
Retirement Income: 1099 or last two consecutive paycheck stubs
